Our Exchange Policy  

We value you and make every effort to get your order to you in great condition. Please be sure of the correct sizing for your apparel BEFORE checkout, as all purchases are final. If in a rare circumstance we make an error in boxing your order (i.e. wrong size or product sent), we will fix it for you at no additional cost. Please review our policy below:

  • Shipping charges are never refundable, as they are paid directly to our shipping providers. Please be sure that your shipping information is correct at time of order or exchange.
  • All purchases with us are final and we do not offer refunds. In the case of an exchange, there are two ways available: We are happy to offer you a store credit (called an E credit), minus the shipping charges both ways, which is valid for 14 days from the date we receive the items back in our store OR you can exchange the item for a different size with us. Please see below for details.

  • EXCHANGES: If you decide to exchange an item for another SIZE, we can do that following these guidelines. Please do not ship item back to us before following the guidelines below:
    • You will have four days from time of delivery to let us know you need an exchange by email. This gives us a record of your request. Email [email protected]
    • In your email, please provide us your ORDER NUMBER and what exchange is needed specifically.
    • We will email you back an exchange confirmation number. Once this number is received via email to you, you will have four days to ship your order back to us for exchange. Exchanges are NOT accepted without the exchange confirmation number. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways to do exchanges.
    • PLEASE NOTE: Items shipped to us for exchange/return MUST BE in NEW & UNWORN condition, carded, with ALL tags attached and with original shipping materials (bags,boxes) around it. Please review your order when it arrives. All items should not be road tested, and boots should be tried on inside to avoid dirt & grime. Please don't fold or bunch the leather into smaller boxes, as these items will go back into our store and must be in the condition they were originally. Items returned in worn condition or not following the guidelines stated above will be refused and returned to sender at their expense. Thank you for your consideration in this.
